Yes, additional customs costs in Switzerland can apply. These are usually requested by DHL when the package is handed over. Please inform yourself at your customs office.

Unfortunately, there is occasionally damage during transport. Please send us a picture of the defective goods. We will take care of a replacement delivery for you as soon as possible.
